ROLL-FLEX SERIES

With our servo-drive automatic plastic bag making machines of ROLL-FLEX Series it’s possible to produce T-shirt bags and bottom sealed bags (printed or not printed) up to 6 lanes.
With the models ROLL-FLEX, ROLL-FLEX SH, ROLL-FLEX DT and ROLL-FLEX AU we differentiate our wide range of solutions for the production of bags on roll.

FAST, FLEXIBLE AND RELIABLE

We have engineered and developed the ROLL-FLEX Series models to guarantee productivity optimization, ease of operation and low maintenance.

  • ROLL-FLEX for the production of pre-cut, bottom sealed and garbage bags, rolled up and taped with gummed paper.
  • ROLL-FLEX DT for the production of pre-cut draw-tape bags rolled up and taped with gummed paper.
  • ROLL-FLEX SH for the production of pre-cut, T-shirt and bottom sealed bags, rolled up (with or without carton core) and taped with gummed paper.
  • ROLL-FLEX AU for the production of pre-cut bottom sealed vegetable bags rolled up (with carton core).

Standard lines can be configured with additional accessories and devices that allow you to customize your production:

  • Dancing roller unit with pneumatic working and quick film feeding. Upon request, it is possible to apply the C folding module on the dancing roller unit.
  • Folding unit the production of the star-seal bag – zero-gusseted and folded in two parts before the sealing phase.
  • Folding group with four triangles, to be installed between the bag making machine and the rewinder dancing roller. It allows the production on multiple lanes of anti-drop garbage bags side-sealed with closed bottom, folded and rolled up.
  • Automatic equipment to change draw-tape roll without stopping the machine

Roll holder - Shaftless unwinder

  • Hydraulic system for lifting rolls from the floor. Maximum roll ∅ mm 1100 (∅ mm 1300 and ∅ mm 1500 on request).
  • Automatic film tension control by multiple vertical dancing roller equipments and motorized rubber wheels
  • Pneumatic film guiding system as standard.
  • Automatic machine stops at end of film roll and in case the film breaks.
  • Double overlapping or side by side unwinder (on request).
Slit-sealing unit

  • Nickel chrome slit-sealing blade device, suitable to cut and seal the film in multiple tubular lanes starting from one single roll.
  • Electronic control and independent blades management.
  • Automatic system to engage and detach cut-sealing blade from the film, when the machine stops.
Motorized post-gusseting equipment

  • Pair of rubber cylinders, with opening and closing pneumatic control, for perfect airtightness into the material.
  • Mechanical devices for adjusting the depth of the gussets.
  • Automatic quick film feeding system into multiple vertical dancing rollers unit.
  • Motorized output conveyor groups with remote control.
Sealing bar with cold cutting blade

  • The modular sealing bar first cuts the film and only afterward seals.
  • The film is cut by a serrated cold blade, motorized with oscillating movement.
  • The modular sealing bar temperature is kept constant by a closed water cooling circuit.
  • The sealing is performed with a Ni-Cr strip alloy plate.
  • The strips coating is made with quick-change adhesive Teflon.
Fully-independent automatic rewinder - WITHOUT CORE

  • Bags on rolls can be produced on different lanes according to the size of bags.
  • Rewinding stations are fully-independent: each one equipped with 4 revolving spindles driven by as many brushless motors.
Fully-independent automatic rewinder - WITH CORE

  • Bags on rolls can be produced on different lanes according to the size of bags.
  • Rewinding stations are fully-independent: each one equipped with 4 revolving spindles driven by as many brushless motors.
  • Equipped with hoppers for automatic feeding of carton cores.
Taping device

  • Possibility of taping the rolls with a printed or not printed strip paper.
  • Taping devices equipped with a belt for cut and moistened tape transportation.
  • Taping unit with photocell for reading the printed paper using a notch as a reference.
Draw-tape insertion unit

  • Draw-tape roll holder (Ø mm 800) with automatic roll braking and small dancing rollers for tension control.
  • Motorized calender to pull the feeding film.
  • Motorized device for punching hole (Ø mm 30) with scraps exhausting.
  • Turning device to insert automatically the draw-tape.
Brushless servo motors
  • Main machine drive by electronically controlled servo motors, to adjust film feeding speed with sealing bar motion synchronization.
  • Motorized film infeed calender.
  • Motorized film outfeed calenders controlled and managed by independent servomotors for optimal tensioning of the lanes.
Bio Ready

  • Thanks to our innovative technology, all our machinery are able to process biodegradable and compostable films.
  • We are able to process Bioplastics with a minimum thickness of 8 microns.
Ready 4.0

  • All our machinery are set up and equipped with web servers and OPC UA servers as required by Industry 4.0 specifications.
  • We guarantee freedom and flexibility of integration between our machinery and our customers’ ERP or MES systems.
